Operating Principle: when the system is in the normal operation condition, the safety emergency cut-off valve and monitoring pressure regulating valve are in full open state, the operating pressure regulating valve regulates the pressure in the outlet of down stream, when the operating pressure regulating valve is in trouble and can not control the pressure in the outlet of the down stream, the monitoring pressure regulating valve will regulate the pressure replacing the operating pressure regulating valve. Provided the monitoring pressure regulating valve is in trouble and can not control the pressure in the outlet of the down stream, the safety emergency cut-off valve will rapidly and automatically turn off the valve core, realizing the purpose of cutting off the air flow and ensuring the safety system.
